SM4247 is a compact hybrid stepper motor. It has one of the most in-demand stepmotor frame size - 42 mm flange, NEMA 17. Unique balance of size and torque power makes this stepper motor an ideal solution for micromanipulators, positioners, grout feeders, semi-automatic machines of multi parameter control, sampling equipment, automatic analysers, mixers and devices for analysis of oil products.

To control SM4247 we recommend step motor driver SMD‑1.8 or step motor controller SMSD‑1.5.

The motor motion accuracy was tested with latest version of our stepmotor driver SMD‑4.2. The examination was done in microstepping mode 1/256, during 2 full steps. The displacement error is below 0,03 degrees, that means less than 1,8 arc minutes. The test curve is below.
